The hCG-Latex Test is a rapid slide agglutination test for the direct detection of human Chorionic Gonadotropin hormone (hCG) in urine. The determination is made by assaying a suspension of latex particles coated with anti-hCG monoclonal antibodies against problem samples. The presence or absence of agglutination is indicative of the presence or absence of the hormone in the tested sample.
TPHA (Treponema Pallidum Hemagglutination) is a specific microplate hemagglutination test for the qualitative and semiquantitative detection of anti-Treponema pallidum antibodies in human serum. Stabilized and sensitized bird red blood cells with a T. pallidum antigenic solution agglutinate in the presence of anti-T.pallidum antibodies, showing characteristic agglutination patterns.
The SLE-Latex is a rapid agglutination test for the direct detection and semiquantification in slide of anti-deoxyribonucleoprotein (anti-DNP) antibodies present in human serum. The determination is made by assaying a suspension of latex particles coated with deoxyribonucleoprotein (DNP) against problem sera. The presence or absence of visible agglutination is indicative of the presence or absence of anti-DNP antibodies in the tested samples.
