  • Aglutinin Control Negative 1ml

Aglutinin Control Negative is an in vitro diagnostic medical device intended to be used in conjunction with Linear´s Latex kits by In vitro Healthcare Professionals for the control of qualitative and semi-quantitative determination latex kits using a manual method.

  • Brucella Melitensis 5ml

CROMATEST colored antigens are standardized suspensions of dead bacteria prepared for the detection and semiquantification by agglutination in a slide or tube of human serum agglutinins, a group of antibodies that develop during some febrile infections such as brucellosis, salmonellosis, and certain rickettsioses.

  • Rose Bengal 100 Tests

The Rose Bengal test or buffered Brucella antigen test is a rapid slide agglutination technique for detecting anti-Brucella antibodies in animal and human sera. The bacterial suspension is reactive with both IgG and IgM antibodies, with the former detected more early (sub-clinical infections) and for a longer period (chronic phase) than with the conventional tube procedure. The determination is made by assaying the buffered Brucella suspension (pH 3.6) colored with Rose Bengal against the test sera. The presence or absence of visible agglutination is indicative of the presence or absence of antibodies in the tested samples.
