The kit is designed for magnetic bead based purification of nucleic acids (RNA / DNA) from a wide range of samples (e.g. human samples, veterinary samples, environmental samples, food samples). The kit can be used as an accessory in combination with a downstream in vitro diagnostic procedure and is intended to be used by professional users in a laboratory environment. It can be performed manually or using an automated platform.
The NukEx Mag Extreme SC and NukEx Mag Extreme SL Kits are designed for rapid manual and automated extraction of nucleic acids from a wide range of difficult samples (e.g. human samples, veterinary samples, insects, food samples, etc.). The kits are designed for use with tissue homogenizers for mechanical disruption of samples and subsequent purification of nucleic acids using magnetic beads. The purified nucleic acids can be used directly as template for real time (Reverse Transcription-) PCR or any kind of enzymatic reactions. NukEx Mag Extreme Kits allow easy automation on common liquid handling instruments or automated magnetic separators.
The kit is designed for magnetic bead based purification of nucleic acids (RNA / DNA) from serum and other liquid samples. The kit can be used as an accessory in combination with a downstream in vitro diagnostic procedure and is intended to be used by professional users in a laboratory environment. It can be performed using automated platforms such as LINEAR NEOS-32 XT Nucleic Acid Extraction System or Biocomma M32/M48 Extraction Systems or equivalent.
Molecular biology grade Proteinase K, 1x 50 mg, 1x 200 mg or 1x 800 mg lyophilized each. Proteinase K is an endolytic protease that cleaves peptide bonds at the carboxylic sides of aliphatic, aromatic or hydrophobic amino acids. Proteinase K is a broad-spectrum serine protease that is active under denaturing conditions and stable at high temperatures. The smallest peptide to be hydrolyzed by this enzyme is a tetrapeptide.
The virellaNoro real time RT-PCR TM is an assay for the detection of Norovirus RNA (Genogroup I and II) in stool, food and environmental samples using real time PCR microplate systems. The virellaNoro real time RT-PCR Kit TM detects Norovirus strains of high genetic diversity, such as the following: GI: Norwalk, Desert Shield, Winchester, Queensarms, Southhampton, Chiba GII: Lordsdale, Bristol, Melksham, Toronto, Hawaii
