The Multicalibrator of Plasma Proteins is a liquid serum of human origin containing protein concentrations suitable for the calibration of plasma proteins by turbidimetric methods.

Latex particles sensitized with human gammaglobulin are agglutinated when they react with rheumatoid factors (RF) present in the sample. The agglutination of latex particles is proportional to the concentration of RF in the sample and can be measured by turbidimetry.

Latex particles sensitized with anti-PCR antibodies are agglutinated when they react with low levels of C-Reactive Protein (CRP) present in the sample. The agglutination of latex particles is proportional to the concentration of CRP in the sample and can be measured by turbidimetry.

The us-PCR Turbidimetric Control is a solution of human PCR suitable for the accuracy and precision control of low concentration PCR determinations by turbidimetry in clinical analysis laboratories.

Latex particles (diameter ≥200 nm) coated with Calprotectin (CP) antibodies agglutinate when reacting with stool samples containing human calprotectin. The agglutination of latex particles is proportional to the concentration of calprotectin in the sample and can be measured by turbidimetry. The turbidimetric calprotectin is only a latex turbidimetric assay for the quantitative detection of calprotectin in stool samples. This assay is simple, widely applicable, and test results are obtained very quickly. The intended use of the test is exclusively to differentiate patients with inflammatory bowel diseases from patients with irritable bowel syndrome.
