STEL5 PLUS LH Lysing Solution is used in the STEL5 PLUS Automatic Hematology Analyzer to lyse erythrocytes and platelets and separate basophils from other white cells. It dissolves red blood cells and combines with the liberated HGB to form a stable compound, allowing HGB quantification while facilitating the count of total white cells and basophils.
