The respiraScreen 2 real time RT-PCR Kit is a screening assay for the simultaneous detection of three groups of different respiratory viruses. The design allows the differentiation of Influenza Virus A (Flu A), Influenza Virus B (Flu B) from the pandemic coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (E gene, RdRP gene and S gene), extracted from biological specimens.

In vitro veterinary diagnostic for the detection of the DNA of the African swine fever pathogen (African Swine Fever Virus, ASFV) in sample materials from pigs and wild boars (blood, tissue, swab samples, samples in preservative transport media). To increase process reliability, an internal process control (extraction control, IPC) and an internal system control (b-actin, ISC) are co-amplified in each detection reaction. Combining (pooling) samples is possible in accordance with the official collection of methods. Please find out about the current status at www.fli.de/de/publikationen/amtliche-methodsammlung.
The diarellaPVL-MRSA real time PCR is a multiplex real time PCR for the qualitative detection and differentiation of DNA of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA, PVL-negative) and methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (dropout mutant of MRSA, MS-MRSA, PVL-negative) or methicillin-resistant, coagulase-negative Staphylococci (MR-ConS, PVL-negative) and the qualitative detection and differentiation of DNA of methicillin-resistant, community-associated Staphylococcus aureus (CA-MRSA, PVL-positive) and methicillin-sensitive, community-associated Staphylococcus aureus (CA-MSSA, PVL-positive) or methicillin-resistant coagulasenegative Staphylococci (MR-ConS, PVL-positive).
